  • Manage Web projects that support franchisee business models and shared information (Sharepoint, Infopath, MOSS); began conversion of old portal to new technology platform.
  • Engaged an external consulting group to create a Sharepoint cluster/farms that improved Web page performance by 110% (adjusted lists sizes, dual/parallel crawl).
  • Rebuilt a Sharepoint/MOSS farm from a VMware configuration into a separate isolated server farm (ie: App, DB , Front end)
  • Implemented an ACH payment Web site interfacing with Sage-MAS90 for monthly royalty payments processing.
  • Creation of marketing MS-Office Excel program that models what-if marketing plans with revenue projection.

Worked on efforts that benefited the corporate business and franchise owners. Liaised closely with corporate groups to design and implement Sharepoint site collections with customized Web parts and search features. Clarified the process workflows, created MS-Project plans and created BRD/FRD docs that permitted correct implementation of new Web sites. Used InfoPath forms to allow electronic commerce of teaching material/supplies as fulfillment function for franchise operators. Evaluated the technical approach of using common Web parts or building specialized components (.NET, web services). Worked with corporate accounting group, franchise operations and CFO on the Sage MAS 90 system to automate electronic payment and document monthly royalty processing cycles (vendor-Bill Trust). Implemented the publishing of monthly invoices, royalty fees, finance charges and credit memos onto ACH Web site for payment. Supported a large franchise business group and tested Quality Assurance.
